Title: Senior Solicitor - Private Client Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE to join their highly ranked Personal and Family practice. The position involves providing expert advice on a range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executry and trust administration, and estate planning for high-net-worth clients. The role also includes working on cross-border issues and collaborating with other teams within the firm, such as family law, tax, corporate, and real estate, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualified experience in private client work, including trust and executry administration, estate planning, and tax planning. Experience dealing with complex and challenging issues is essential, as well as the ability to manage client relationships and work effectively under pressure. A strong understanding of clients’ needs, combined with a solution-driven approach, will be key to success in this role. The candidate should also be comfortable supervising paralegals and trainees, contributing to the team’s growth, and playing an active role in business development efforts.
