What's involved?As a Senior Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to utilise your previous kitchen management experience alongside your ability to cook and lead a team to a 2 AA rosette standard. Supporting the Head Chef you will lead a large team and your duties will consist of some of the following;

• Assist the Head chef in leading the team to maintain a high standard of service at all times.
• To ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and Food safety is maintained at all times
• To produce all dishes to a high standard upon presentation of the recipe.
• Jointly responsible for preparing kitchen cleaning rotas, supervising cleaning schedules and signing off on a weekly basis.
