We are looking for a strategic and experienced Data Leader to join our expanding team. This role will be instrumental in driving our data strategy forward, focusing on migration to Google Public Cloud (GCP), development of data products and the integration of advanced AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management, cloud migration and AI with a proven track record of leading large-scale data transformation projects.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in leading large-scale data transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of data management, cloud migration (AWS/GCP) and AI technologies.
• Familiarity with the BIAN framework and development of functional data products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across the organization.
• Banking/Financial Services background
