Senior Strategy Manager - Hybrid - London - up to £65k

This role sits in the strategy team, working on the top 10% of briefs that enter the agency. This time are amazing strategists at the forefront of the retail media industry, and are looking for someone passionate in this area to join them.

As the Senior Strategy Manager, your role will include:

• Becoming a specialist in building and delivering strategies for connected commerce campaigns for FMCG brad clients.
• Ensuring that this team are true experts in retail media strategy and deliver best in class work
• Building and growing relationships with key stakeholders through understanding their challenges, opportunities and guiding them as their strategic expert.
• Delivering workshops to internal teams, and clients direct to improve their stratrgic capabilities.
• Managing direct reports - responsible for their development, training, progression and work.
• Leading thought leadership work for the broader agency and retail media world.

You:

• Are an experienced strategist with experience identifying insights and coming up with creative retail marketing strategies based on these.
• Have line management experience.
• Thrive in working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can truly make an impact on clients and internal teams & processes.
• Are genuinely passionate about the retail media industry.
