There is also an incredible progression route up to Director level through this position.Are you a Senior Structural Engineer with experience in structural steel works? Due to an increasing workload and promising pipeline of work so are therefore looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. They believe in investing in their staff and therefore offer both internal and external training, progression to director and an exceptional benefits package.In this role you will be undertaking your own structural designs, liaising with the highly skilled CAD development team as well as conducting meetings with site members as well as progress meetings with clients. You will be working within a team of experienced and highly skilled engineers where you will get great opportunity to learn and gain valuable knowledge across a wide variety of sectors within construction.Therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to showcase experience within structural engineering, specifically being able to show experience of site-based surveys and inspections as well as assessments of existing structures. The Person:

• Experience as a Structural Engineer
• Degree in related engineering field
• Strong communication skills
• Site based Structural survey and inspections
