Senior Student Experience Coordinator

Isleworth

Temporary ongoing position to start 19th August (Term Time Only)

36 hours per week

Salary - £32,292

Main duties:

• Working with the Head of Student Experience, support un the strategic development and day to day management of Student Experience
• To deputise for the Head of Student Experience as appropriate and in their absence, attend relevant meetings
• To lead the development and delivery of the enrichment, fitness and wellbeing programme
• Lead on the development and delivery of student events and activities across sites
• Support in collecting and recording data
• Establish partnerships and community links with external agencies which contribute to student enjoyment, success and raised aspirations
• Help manage the Student Experience budget
• Lead on support for an active Student Union

We are looking for someone who has:

• Have previous experience of working with young people in formal and informal settings
• Successful experience of planning and organising imaginative events and activities that appeal to both discrete groups as well as students in general
• A sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection issues
• Strong communicator
