You will be supporting a number of adultswho have a diagnosis in Autism, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities tolive in the community You will receive all the necessary training prior tosupporting the people and this will take place locally.As a Senior Support Worker you will make a real difference to people’s lives.Passionate about people? You will enjoy the scope of this role in linemanagement duties alongside supporting people whilst enhancing your own lifeand career too, as you gain the experience and training you need to progresswith us.### Role ResponsibilityOur service St Barts needs people who are team players and can inspire others.The role of the Senior Support Worker is to work with the management team inproviding first line support for the Support Workers in their day to dayactivities, ensuring we are working in compliance with policies and proceduresand that new staff are inducted to their roles.
