Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a children's residential setting? If so, we want to hear from you!

About Us:

Williamson Care is a 3-bed therapeutic home in Oxton Village for children aged 8-17. We provide a nurturing, family-like environment where children feel supported to succeed. We believe in strong, hands-on leadership and are committed to excellence in every aspect of care.

About the Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic Senior Residential Care Workers to join our dedicated team. If you're ready to step up and progress your career, we'll provide the training and support you need to excel. While senior experience isn't required, you must have a minimum of 12 months experience working within a children's residential care home.

You Will:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to children in a therapeutic setting
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to create a positive home environment
  • Complete daily paperwork and update care plans
  • Work on a rota basis including overnights, weekends, and bank holidays (average 165 hours per month 10 sleep-ins on average per month)

You Must Have:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • At least 12 months experience working in an Ofsted regualted children's residential care home
  • Commitment to safeguarding vulnerable children
  • Positivity, patience, resilience, and a sense of humour
