Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Support Workers, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver exceptional care
  • Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for adults with autism and learning or mental health disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement person-centered care plans
  • Support the ongoing development of the home, ensuring it meets individuals’ needs and our high standards of care
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring staff follow safeguarding procedures and deliver outstanding care
  • Act as a role model, promoting compassion, resilience, and effective communication

What You Need:

  • Previous leadership experience in social care (desirable)
  • Experience supporting adults with autism, learning difficulties, or mental health challenges
  • A Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, or related field (or willingness to work towards it with our support)
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Compassion and patience, with a deep commitment to improving the lives of others
