Senior Surveyor duties:
- Lead and manage multiple investment projects using effective project, contract and budget management
- Report on a regular basis the contractor's performance with customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed specifications and schedules of works and produce all documentation required
- Manage external contractors, obtaining specifications and managing projects through to completion
Senior Surveyor requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, providing a broad range of technical services
- Recognised qualification in a building related subject
- Experience in procurement and delivery of major works programmes including contract and project management including effective stakeholder consultation
