Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

• Staff management with strong capability to lead and mentor
• Experience in project managing capital works from start to finish
• Experience in managing damp, mould and disrepair cases
• Ability to diagnose defects and provide solutions

What you will need

• Experience in managing contractors performance delivering building works at a project level.
• Have strong understanding of maintenance services within social housing sector
• Understanding of current building legislations
