Job Purpose

  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to lead a thriving tax team.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to tax clients, primarily personal tax matters for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Review tax calculations and lead tax planning, primarily for non-domicile, inheritance, and estates.
  • Lead HMRC queries, working directly with clients in the preparation of defence work.
  • Deliver sound technical knowledge, including capital gains tax planning and trust tax compliance.
  • Support the firm’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients as their go-to advisor, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.
  • Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.
  • Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and hands-on Manager.
