Role Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, providing expert tax advice and planning solutions
• Leading tax compliance and advisory work, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
• Reviewing tax returns, computations, and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior tax staff, supporting their development and overseeing their work
• Liaising with partners to contribute to the strategic development of the tax team and the firm
• Identifying tax planning opportunities for clients and supporting business development initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent experience in a senior tax role within a UK practice
• Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff, providing leadership and support
• A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and improving client service
