Role responsibilities

• Managing and growing a large portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients
• Delivering expert advisory services tailored to client needs, including strategic tax planning
• Providing leadership to the tax team, mentoring and fostering a high-performance culture
• Supporting the compliance team on complex issues to ensure seamless client service
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio and expand the firm’s tax services
• Staying informed on changes in tax legislation and ensuring clients are up to date and compliant
• Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives and strategic growth plans
• Collaborating with other departments to provide integrated and comprehensive client solutions

Candidate requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, with significant experience in personal and corporate tax advisory
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large client portfolio while delivering exceptional service
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing a team
• Excellent technical knowledge of tax legislation and its application
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Career-driven, with a desire to progress to Partnership
