Job Description :

Senior Technical Specialist - DB Pensions

London / Hybrid / Remote - £50,000 (guide - depending on experience)

A leading UK Pensions Consultancy who continues to grow and develop are looking to appoint a key replacement role within the business. The company, who are a mid-sized firm within the market, have organically grown at a pace where they can continue to offer the levels of service and expertise clients need. They believe in appointing high quality individuals from the industry who can add value to clients and taking on more junior members who with training & development can achieve a high ceiling of career development.

This role will involve working as part of the DB Team where you will act as a technical specialist which will involve interpreting scheme rules, dealing with quirky scheme aspects, providing advice to managers and developing training material for the teams. It is important that the successful candidate has a comprehensive knowledge of technical legislation and has experience of signing off calculations.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the complications, challenges and idiosyncrasies of DB Pension Schemes. The role can attract some unusual casework which will require complex solutions.

The role has plenty of scope for expansion and may appeal to someone who’d like to build a key role in the business and be open to other areas and challenges. The management are a close-knit team that are passionate about delivering high quality consultancy advice to clients and would welcome someone with a similar approach.

The company offer flexible / home working, flexible benefits, a bonus scheme and flexibility to involve yourself with outside of work activities.

Please contact Richard Garbett for more information.
