You will also lead critical projects and collaborate with other teams to ensure high service reliability. Your expertise will be crucial in advising customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 3rd line support for telecom systems (VoIP, SIP, PSTN, mobile networks).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor telecom equipment.
• Lead telecom projects and manage critical incidents.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Implement process improvements in telecommunications.
