Senior Test Engineer- 45k-70k- North Hampshire - Platform Recruitment : Job Details

My client designs and manufacturers communication technology and is looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join their validation team.

Necessary skills/experience

+Bachelor/Master's Degree in Electronics/Computer Science Engineering

+Over 5 years of experience as a test engineer

+Proven experience in a programming language in an automation test environment (preferably Python)

+Experience of system testing, preferably with some exposure to low level (i.e. non GUI) testing

+Defect Tracking and Knowledge Management software (Atlassian JIRA and Confluencepreferred)

Desirable skills/experience

+Knowledge of RF fundamentals and experience with RF test equipment (Spectrum Analysers, VNAs, power meters etc)

+Experience with Telecommunications or Satellite Systems.
