The Role

Join a high-performing Care Team as a Senior Underwriter, providing expert underwriting services to brokers. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships, delivering exceptional service, and mentoring team members to develop technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle renewals, including large premiums and complex cases.
• Develop and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Uphold company underwriting standards and profitability objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven underwriting experience, ideally in care risks (other lines will also be considered).
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience in building broker relationships.
• Relevant qualifications (ACII preferred) or a willingness to pursue them.
