Senior Underwriting Operations Analyst - Arthur : Job Details

An exciting opportunity to join a Lloyd’s Syndicate as a Senior Underwriting Operations Analyst.In this key role, you will help create Syndicate Business Plans, complete Non-Financial Lloyd’s and Regulatory returns, and collaborate with Senior Underwriters to enhance Underwriting MI.Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Syndicate Business Plan with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Outwards Reinsurance teams.
• Present and interpret business plan results to Senior Underwriters, Committees, and Lloyd’s.
• Submit Syndicate Business Forecast (SBF) to Lloyd’s.
• Produce Non-Financial Lloyd’s and Regulatory returns, working with Data, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Enhance Underwriting MI through PowerBI and external data sources like Lloyd’s Insights Hub.
• Prepare Underwriting Packs for Committees, analysing KPIs and performance metrics.

Candidates should have an insurance background and strong analytical skills. Confidence in communicating effectively with senior stakeholders is essential.
