Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Implement and maintain a suite of portfolio management tools (WTW Radar, Power BI) to visualise and monitor performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and inform strategic decisions, influencing stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Support: Provide critical input on underwriting, risk management, and disaster scenario modeling, ensuring the portfolio aligns with the risk appetite.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators for senior management and capital providers.
- Culture Building: Foster a data-driven culture, driving the adoption of analytics tools across teams.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience:
- 2+ years in portfolio management, pricing, underwriting, or related analytical roles in the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with the London insurance market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, data science, or related field.
- Professional qualifications (Actuarial, CFA, Data Science, etc.) are a plus.
