Churchill Howard have been specially selected to work with this Warwickshire based listed brand-named company. They are looking for a Senior VAT Accountant to join the team and this exciting business. This business has one of the most exciting Tax and Finance Teams and is growing rapidly and the function is highly respected and very well thought of.The role and progression opportunity available are enviable and you also have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis for 1-2 days in the offices per week.For suitability you will have:* Sound understanding of VAT principles * Experience in finance and accounting systems* An understanding of general ledger reconciliations and financial postings* Experience in reviewing VAT returns* Proven ability to develop and analyse processes* Off-shore exposureYou should be qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent and have strong theoretical and practical experience of VAT and good communication skills and ability.
