Senior VMware Support Specialist - IT Search & Select : Job Details

Hybrid working, 1 - 2 days in the office per week. Our client is a top tier Managed Service Provider with offices in the UK, Europe, US and Australia. Although having a global presence, they still maintain the feel of a small to medium size company. At the the heart of their success: employing the right staff that fit into the environment and tend to stay very long term. Due to continued expansion they now require a VMware specialist to carry escalated support and to work on migration projects. You will be a senior engineer with C.8+ years IT experience with a heavy demonstrable focus with VMware. Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and implementation of new VMware infrastructure including NSX-T.
• Ongoing support and maintenance of the new VMware infrastructure including NSX-T .
• Acting as point of escalation on issues for the Service Desk.
• Taking ownership of escalated client issues and any assigned project tasks.
