They are currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to join their logistics department.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work with renowned brandsDynamic and collaborative work environmentCareer development and growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageResponsibilities:Assist in the assembly and despatch of goodsCheck and inspect goods received for accurate quantity, type, and qualityMaintain a tidy and organised stores areaUpdate and maintain the asset catalogue/register using the Asset Management SystemLiaise with various stakeholders such as Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, Suppliers, and transport companiesCoordinate the despatch and delivery of goods with couriersLoad and unload goods from company and third-party vehiclesPick and pack items accurately, updating the stock systemRecord pallet movements and update the stock system accordinglyGenerate delivery notes/consignment labels using supplier portalsOperate company vehicles when necessaryMaintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulationsProvide cover for the Team Leader in their absenceSupport the training and development of junior staff membersAble to work flexible hours, including weekendsPerform any other appropriate duties as directed by the Team Leader or Warehouse ManagerEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Previous experience working in a warehouse environmentMethodical approach to work and ability to prioritise and delegate tasksUnderstanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control proceduresAbility to work cooperatively within a team and mentor junior colleaguesStrong adherence to standard operating procedures and excellent organisational skillsPhysical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy packages and objectsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBasic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook (training provided for specialist stock tracking software)Clear oral and written communication skills for internal and external communicationUnderstanding of Health and Safety regulationsHonest, reliable, organised, and proactive approachForklift Licence - CounterbalanceFull Driving LicenceDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):NVQ in Warehousing and StoragePAT Certificate and experienceGood general DIY skillsTechnologies:Excel, Outlook, specialist stock tracking software (training provided)If you are an experienced Senior Warehouse Assistant looking to join a dynamic and creative brand experience agency, please apply with your updated CV.
