SENIOR WEB ANALYST

UP TO £60,000 + BENEFITS

This role as a Senior Web analyst sits within a leading e-commerce company, in an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of customer insights to drive revenue over the business's key areas.

THE COMPANY

The successful Senior Web Analyst will be working to tell a story with data, supporting the commercial operations of the company through data-driven insights. This company focuses across multiple brands which are extremely customer-centric, as they have plans to expand enormously over the next 12 months.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Web Analyst, you will be identifying opportunities and developing actionable insights derived from in-depth customer analysis of user journeys on the website. This role will be working on data from complex sources, delivering A/B multivariate tests across various programmes with the goal of increasing conversion and enhancing the customer experience.

For specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Working with promotional and marketing teams to help identify the best go-to-market strategy
• Analysing customer journeys across the website
• Utilising BigQuery/SQL to create tables and pull data from the data warehouse
• Understanding tagging/tracking requirements to ensure customers are tracked effectively
• User journey optimisation
• Presenting and delivering advanced dashboards using Power BI or Tableau

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Web Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent SQL skills (BigQuery ideally)
• Tableau or Power BI for visualisation including dashboarding/reporting
• Experience performing segmentations, LTV, purchasing habits, churn rates all desirable
• Experience with A/B multivariate testing on site
• Exposure to GTM desirable
• Extensive experience generating actionable insights based on customer and user data

The successful Senior Web Analyst will receive a salary up to £60,000 with benefits.
