SEO Lead Salary - £32,000 to £35,000 dependent on experienceLocation - Hybrid with 2 days per week in our Altrincham office

The roleReporting directly to the Head of SEO, this is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning and delivering effective strategies to impact our client's bottom line.

We need somebody who has experience running successful SEO campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation clients. We understand that nobody in SEO can ever be the finished article, and we want to build the best SEO team in the country, so ongoing training will be provided to help keep you ahead of the rest.

The requirements* 3+ years of experience in an SEO role* Experience speaking with clients and/or internal stakeholders* Evidence of delivering successful SEO campaigns* Strong technical SEO knowledge* Able to conduct keyword research and gap analysis* Ability to spot and prioritise opportunities quickly* Experience working with tools such as SEMush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SERanking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Frase* Strong commercial awareness of what makes business owners happy* Experience demonstrating the impact of SEO performance to clients and stakeholders through reporting and meetings.* Be organised, manage your time, and be forensic in your approach* Have pride in your work

Preferred, but not required: * Knowledge of how SEO interacts with other marketing channels* Ambitious about speaking in front of an audience at industry events* Help the team upskill through innovation* Experience making technical changes on CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and WordPress. * International SEO experience* Website migration experience* Website content writing experience* Ability to spot cross-sell opportunities for our clients * Has been involved in pre-sale pitches* Experience working as part of an agency
