What you'll be doing as the service administrator

As a Service Administrator, you'll be the glue that holds the service team together, ensuring every post-sales interaction runs seamlessly. You'll:

  • Collaborate with customers, engineers, and internal teams to schedule and oversee service visits and maintenance.
  • Handle service-related queries and ensure customers feel valued with quick and professional communication.
  • Use CRM software tools to manage service contracts, assets, and customer warranties, contributing to efficient workflows.
  • Proactively pursue service opportunities such as contract renewals and product upgrades.
  • Maintain stock levels, ensuring engineers always have what they need to deliver top-tier service.

What you'll need to apply for the service administrator

  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Good general IT skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • While not essential, experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar software systems would be advantageous.
