Reed Business Support are delighted to be supporting equipment supply company based in Sheffield in their search for a Service Coordinator. This role would be perfect for someone with strong scheduling and customer liaison skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle Enquiries: Assist clients with service/repair requests for mobility products.
- Book Appointments: Schedule appointments from enquiries.
- Coordinate with Engineers: Book and confirm appointments, provide admin support.
- Manage Schedules: Oversee computerised calendars, optimise travel routes.
- Use CRM System: Handle follow-ups, literature requests, and enquiries.
- Contact Customers: Arrange service appointments, discuss contracts, provide quotes.
- Process Documentation: Handle quotations, work orders, parts orders, job sheets.
- Complete Admin Tasks: Ensure timely and accurate admin processing.
You'll be perfect for the role if:
- Possess good communication skills
- Have the ability to work calmly and accurately when under pressure
- Can provide accurate and timely administration
This role is full-time. Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours per week) - Can consider P/T for the right candidate but must be split over 5 days.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
