Service Administrator - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

My client is an established Designer and Manufacturer of Aircraft refuelling vehicle and the relevant support equipment. They are currently looking to hire a Service Administrator to bolster their office team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will come from a Service Coordination background, will be proficient in Microsoft office, will have experience with Sage and will be based within a commutable distance of Witney.

• Answering telephone enquiries from customers
• Managing the site Engineer schedule for both planned and reactive works
• Ensuring all jobs are recorded and engineers time is booked appropriately
• Checking and issuing service certificates
• Compiling quotations for work
• Invoicing the works carried out
• Arranging subcontractors
• Arranging equipment tests

• Previous experience in a Service administrator / coordinator position
• Previous experience managing service schedules
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• A proficiency with Sage would be an advantage
• Based within a commutable distance of Witney

• Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
• 31 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
• Pension
