• Salary: £28,000-£33,000 Per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Service Advisor (Automotive)- Roles and Responsibilities:

• As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles. You will also be responsible for managing the flow of information between the workshop and the customer, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Provide customers with estimates
• Notify customers when the work is complete
• Ensure everything is accurately invoiced

Service Advisor (Automotive)- Skills and Experience:

• A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
• Previous experience within a similar role within the automotive industry is essential
• Full clean UK driving licence or equivalent
• Strong work ethic
