YOU WILL BE:
- Ensuring a seamless experience for customers needing servicing and repairs.
- Booking service appointments and managing schedules efficiently.
- Completing repair orders with precision.
- Communicating necessary repairs to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Collaborating closely with the Workshop team to meet agreed deadlines.
WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in a Service department within a franchised dealership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Kerridge.
- Familiarity with warranty procedures (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
