Service Advisor - HCP INTERNATIONAL : Job Details

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Southend. If you're passionate about providing top-notch service in the automotive industry, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers throughout their vehicle service
• Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop
• Keep customers updated and handle vehicle handovers
• Upsell services and products
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and stay updated through training

Requirements:

• Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills

The Package:

• Competitive salary: £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200
• Manufacturer training and career development
• Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
