• Manage service appointments and follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their expectations are met.
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle service, including order processing and documentation.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Technical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet the demands of the role.
• Valid driver's licence is required.
