The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Service and Resilience Manager to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service and Operations, you’ll oversee Disaster Recovery activities and provide support to wider IT Service Operations including Major Incident Management, Change Management, Monitoring etc.

The role also includes, but is not limited to;

- Act as the SME on resilience matters, identifying improvements and leading implementation where agreed

- Ensure all RTO and RPOs are logged, agreed and achievable

- Support or lead on ITIL processes such as Change Management, Major Incident Management, asset Management and Service Improvement

- Provide oversight and monitoring of IT Audit actions

- Own vendor relationships, ensuring that services are provided to expected standards and achieving cost efficiencies where possible.

- Respond to system alerts in a timely manner

You’ll also be a member of the 24x7 Major Incident Team.

To be successful as our Service and Resilience Manager, you will have experience within a Business Continuity role within a regulated environment. You’ll also

- Be knowledgeable in ITIL processes and have a good understanding of Project Management principles

- Be able to demonstrate analytical, organisational and decision-making skills

- Have high standards of report writing, able to communicate information at all levels of the business

- Be highly proficient across MS Office suite

- It would be advantageous if you have experience of supporting a Cloud environment and using Sunrise (ITSM).

An AMBCI Certification is preferred as well as experience in creating and maintaining Power BI Reports.
