Service Charge Accountant FTC - Varnom & Ross Ltd : Job Details

Location: London/High Wycombe - 1 day in each office alternate weeks.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Pro-rata)

A leading property management company is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their team on a fixed-term contract for an initial period of 3 months. The ideal candidate will have experience using QUBE software in managing service charge accounts, ensuring the timely preparation of financial statements, and providing support with audits and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review service charge accounts for commercial properties.
• Assist with the production of annual service charge budgets.
• Reconcile service charge accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Liaise with property managers and clients to provide financial updates and reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in service charge accounting or property accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software QUBE and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be a proactive person
