Service Charge AccountantNorth London£50,000-£55,000Our client is a premier property management firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. A position has become available for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.This position offers hybrid working (1 day from home), pension contribution, parking and generous holidays. Hours of Work are Monday - Thursday - 09:00 - 17:00 and Fridays - 09:00 - 13:30.Key Responsibilities:-Develop and raise service charge budgets in accordance with lease agreements-Prepare and issue quarterly service charge and ground rent charges-Conduct client bank account reconciliation for income and expenditure-Prepare annual service charge account reconciliations-Work closely with external accountants to ensure accurate service charge accounts-Prepare biannual client ground rent statements for the property portfolio-Compile and deliver quarterly financial reports-Manage and reconcile reserve funds-Answering leaseholder account queries within appropriate time frames-Setting up financial data of new propertiesQualifications:-Experience in service charge accounting-Strong communication and reporting skills-Good MS Excel and experience using accounting softwareIf you are an experienced Service Charge Accountant seeking a role within a fantastic team in a company which offers prospects, then send your CV to Fame Recruitment today!Fame Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
