Job Description :
- To support the Group Head of Finance with various are as in the preparation of Year End Accounts for Group related companies prior to being finalised and submitted to external Auditors for Filing.
- Day to day book-keeping entries for Purchase ledger and sales.
- Bank reconciliations for Group Companies.
- Assist with preparation of data for VAT returns prior to submission.
- Expenses, credit card & petty cash analysis, reconciliation and posting.
- Service charge and rental invoicing & reconciling.
- Assisting with management of Fixed asset registers & movementson addition or disposal as well as monthIy provision of depreciation and nominal ledger journals for management & year end accounts.
- Assisting with Month end supplier payment runs.
- Support and worlk in collaboration with the Group Head of Finance on ad-hoc reports and tender documents related to the property & hospitality sector.
Salary : 30000 - 35000
