We're Hiring: Service Charge Portfolio Manager

Location: BirminghamSalary: Up to £60,000Contract: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)

Your Role:

As Service Charge Portfolio Manager, you'll be responsible for financial reporting and analysis for our developments. You'll work closely with key stakeholders and manage a team of service charge accountants to make sure everything runs smoothly and in line with legal guidelines.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a Team: Help your team succeed by providing support, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage Data & Reporting: Use reporting tools (like Excel or BI tools) to keep track of team performance and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Monitor Goals & Make Decisions: Keep an eye on KPIs, balance workloads, and make decisions that help us hit our targets.
  • Resolve Issues: Work with your team and stakeholders to solve any challenges quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a Service Charge management role.
  • Good with reporting tools (Excel, BI tools, or similar) for tracking and managing team performance.
