This company is on an ambitious journey to redefine excellence in UK residential property management. We are supporting with their search for a Service Charge Supervisor to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in helping set new standards of service and professionalism. you'll play a key role in overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and analysis for our developments. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of service charge processes and manage a talented team of service charge accountants, driving performance and ensuring business objectives are met while staying in line with legislative requirements.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £42,500.00 depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire your team, conducting performance reviews, coaching for skill development, and addressing performance issues in accordance with HR policies.
  • Use your expertise in reporting tools to manage team workloads, ensure data accuracy, and provide regular progress reports to inform key decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse data, and make informed decisions to keep the team aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure open lines of communication with your team and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, including leading calls to address unresolved queries and concerns.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a service charge role at a supervisory/managerial level.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools (such as Excel, BI tools, or other relevant platforms) to manage and track team performance.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high performance and effective skill development.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident with analysing data, identifying trends, and using insights to guide decision-making.
