We are recruiting for a Proactive Service Co-ordinator who is structured, organised with a passion of analytical thinking in a fast paced environemnt. Monday- Friday 9.00am- 17.30pm No Hybrid optionsPaying up to £30,000, dependant on experience. Two key job responsibilities to the service coordinator role: Arranging the planned servicing Arranging the site visits for faults and repairsDuties to include:
- Liaising with the customers
- Recording data in the system
- Answering incoming requests (via phone call or email)
- Process information from customers and book callouts for engineers.
