• Maintaining special purpose machinery looking at PLC’s, HMI’s, Control Panels
• Fault finding and wiring of control panels.
• Amending and designing control systems PLC & HMI software, mostly working with Siemens and Allen Bradley
• Producing testing plans. Also leading the pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing (FAT/SAT) and site installation. Managing contractors/subcontractors for projects
• Technically supporting abroad sites with maintenance issues, troubleshooting remotely before requiring to attend site.

Service & Commissioning EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• PLC fault finding experience (Allen Bradley or Siemens), Ideally amending programs
• 18th Edition qualified
• Confident fault finding electrically for special purpose machinery
