Service Coordinator - TURNERFOX RECRUITMENT : Job Details

Service CoordinatorSalary 25-30k Hours:8.30-5.30pm Mon-Fri

We are looking for Service Coordinator's to work within managed services for several Mansfield clients.

We are looking for an Service Coordinators to support end-to-end project delivery as well as:

• Managing campaigns from the creation of the brief through to distribution
• Working alongside estimating and procurement teams to manage quotations and timescales
• Monitoring progress of campaigns including dispatch and logistics
• Liaising with your client daily with regards to project progress, queries, timescales, and updates
• Managing the creation of Artwork via in house systems and 3rd parties
• Briefing and updates with 3rd parties, including production, logistics and design
• Administration tasks such as scheduling and updating CRM systems

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Customer Service, or Service delivery environment, as well as

• Ability to manage projects from brief to completion
• Strong administration skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to mange multiple projects
• Ability to communicate across all departments and levels of the business
• Strong customer service skills
