About the role - Service Coordinator
Our client is a leading organisation in the service industry, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to their clients.
They are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their business and work alongside their team of field service technicians to make sure that all customer expectations are met successfully.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with service engineers to plan, prioritise, and organise day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships with technicians and work together to meet customers' needs
- Liaise with customers to schedule visits and communicate any changes or updates
- Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials as required
What we need from you
- Excellent customer service skills in a business-to-business environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using MS Office products
- Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and confident demeanour with a positive attitude
- Ability to go the extra mile for customers
What we like from you
- Experience with CRM software, such as Servicemax or similar
- Previous experience in a service coordination role
