Service Coordinator

£20 per hour(umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Coordinator in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- To maintain professional and helpful communications as the first point of contact for a service area senior management team
- To be responsible for arranging senior management team representation at meetings and ensuring that the attending manager is appropriately briefed in advance of attendance
- To maintain accurate records of the service area
- To provide a comprehensive support service for meetings and conferences, including the making of travel arrangements, drafting agendas, taking complex and confidential minutes
The candidate:
- Experience working in an administrative capacity in the public sector is essential
- Experience taking minutes is essential
- Experience working in a Children's Social Care setting in an administrative capacity is highly desirable
