Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth communication between customers, suppliers and engineers. This position requires strong administrative skills and excellent organisational abilities.

Duties

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage job completion from raising job numbers to invoicing
  • Management of work in progress to ensure jobs are completed and invoiced on time
  • Maintaining engineering schedule to provide real time data on current jobs
  • Review and sign off quotations including new quotations and engineer's recommendations
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices for parts and subcontractors when required
  • Support the engineers and service team with general office tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an service administrative or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Siclops
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Strong clerical skills, including filing, documentation, and record keeping
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
