Service Delivery Analyst – 12 months FTC
They are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their team, this is a non-technical role where you’ll focus on service delivery and change management. You’ll have excellent skills in Excel and previous experience in an ITIL environment would be very beneficial.
You’ll be joining a small IT team and report directly with the Service Delivery Manager. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with wider teams to analyst service levels and areas for improvement. Some of your day to day will include handling reporting elements, root cause analysis, reviewing and renewing software and hardware licenses whilst getting the chance to chair change advisory board meetings (CAB).
This role gives the opportunity to make it your own, the company are constantly evolving and always encourage their staff to speak up on their thoughts and ideas.
It's a two-stage interview process and the contract is initially for 12 months, there my be an option to extend or other opportunities within the business to progress.
