Your Role:

As Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to clients. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll work closely with the operations team to maintain high standards and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring SLAs are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes
• Provide regular reports on service performance to clients and senior management
