Role Overview

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead a small yet diverse and growing team comprising accountants, consultants, developers, and data analysts to consistently exceed client expectations in our service delivery.
  • Enhance and optimise systems and processes to support the team in delivering high-quality work, driving efficiency across all operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through transparent communication and regular review of project timelines.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures, championing continuous improvement within our practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional services, emphasising effective planning, budgeting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency in service delivery.
  • Foster team collaboration to determine strategies, set timelines, budgets, and allocate resources for all proposals, ensuring profitability.
  • Recruit top talent and promote a culture of continuous learning and development, aligning with Outserve's core values.
  • Oversee internal project deliverables and timelines, ensuring clear communication and support for the team to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate work among all stakeholders, leading the service delivery team and monitoring progress to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create realistic and appealing service offerings for clients.
  • Engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and monitor Outserve's success.
  • Ensure all reports, including project profitability, are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Achieve all critical goals within Outserve's control.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - hybrid working available. Our preference is 1 day at home and 4 days in the office. We’re incredibly flexible and honour requests to work from home as we recognise there is a balance to be obtained between work and home yet also enjoy working closely together and we’re keen to collaborate as a team and problem solve in the moment - this requires regular time in the office.

As the role will also be overseeing apprentices, visibility will be keen to coach, mentor and educate.
