Service Desk Analyst - Asset Hardware - Expedia Group

Duration: 12 months

Pay: £107/day

Location: London (near Angel underground station) - 5 days onsite

This role is part of the Asset Hardware team that manages desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware. This role will support Laptop Hardware requests. Prior experience of asset hardware and Service Now is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Clear communication with customer and technical support team

- Ability solve problems independently with proper communication management

- Able work well in a team environment

- Complete requests within an established SLA per corporate standards as needed

- Update/modify Asset ownership

- Triage requests that require exception approvals

Experience Required:

- Previous experience with high ticket volume in a customer service environment

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Service Now experience is a plus

- Intermediate understanding of PC and MAC hardware

Salary : 100 - 107
