Based in the office near Leighton Buzzard, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch support to customers via the service desk. About the Role:In this position, you'll provide 1st and 2nd Line Support while managing customer requests in line with SLAs. If you're looking for a chance to build on your current skills and step into a more challenging environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Need:

• Experience with ITIL practices
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Proficiency in Windows 10
• Experience in call logging, remote support, and desktop support
• ServiceNow (desired)
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
