Service Desk Analyst - Law Firm - Candidate Source Ltd : Job Details

A leading international law firm is currently looking for a full-time Service Desk Analyst to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, you will also receive a discretionary annual performance bonus, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), Private healthcare, Life Assurance Cover, Company Pension, plus many more employee benefits! Your core responsibilities will involve, providing remote IT support to end users attempting to fix issues at point of call, and otherwise escalating/collaborating with 2nd and 3rd line teams to help resolve any issues. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who has IT support experience within either a Law Firm or in a corporate environment (such as finance, banking, etc) with a degree in IT or equivalent qualifications (Microsoft Certified, ITIL, etc) being an advantage. The successful Service Desk Analyst would also ideally have a good understanding of supporting:

• Windows 10
• MS Office 365 (particularly strong skills on Outlook and Word)
• Basic TCP/IP troubleshooting
• Using Remote assistance technology
• Active Directory
• Different types of Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Printers
• Legal Applications (preferable) - iManage Worksite/Filesite, BigHand, etc
